Delivery
Deliveries will be made using a third party carrier and you must be in to sign for your delivery and check your goods have arrived in good order. Most deliveries will be made using a 48hr service and some will be next day service. Small items may take longer. Goods are despatched Monday to Friday.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight and location, taps, draining boards etc will have a much cheaper delivery cost than heavy sinks which need to be delivered on a pallet. We do our best to keep delivery charges as low as possible for you and should you combine products within an order you will receive a cheaper delivery charge than if you were to order them seperately.
If you are in England (excluding Isle of Man) or Wales please select the England postage options, if you are in Scotland or Isle of Man you must choose the 'Scotland / Isle of Man' postage option as it is more expensive for us to send a pallet to you. If you choose the wrong postage option we will notify you and you will need to change your order and pay the difference before we can despatch the goods to you which may delay your order.

England 5.1Kg - 39Kg £20.00 + VAT
England (Sinks 40Kg +) £60.00 + VAT
Scotland / Isle of Man (Sinks 40 Kg +) £150 + VAT
Damage
If you have ordered a sink this will be delivered on a pallet and it is essential that you check your sink for damage while the driver is still there. If there is any damage you should refuse the delivery and must notify us within 48 hours in order for a claim to be made.
Returns
Should you decide you would like to return your purchase you have two weeks to return it to us, it must be in perfect and unused condition and complete with its original packaging for us to issue a full refund. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us but once we have received it we will refund the initial cost.
